The ability to generate active learning connected to professional life and to effectively validate profiles and functions allows the application of Missions in non-academic contexts in at least three use cases. In fact, the original idea of Missions, and its first prototypes, were born from talent selection and onboarding needs.
Onboarding in companies. Design and execute the necessary learning so that a person joining an organization can agilely integrate and begin to be productive, using the organization’s own tools and participating in existing work processes, routines and rituals.
Talent evaluation in selection processes. In its validation mode, Missions allows filtering a very high number of candidates in an automated or semi-automated way with robust evaluations of their capabilities.
Workforce training (re- and up-skilling). The Missions learning framework adapts to the training needs of organizations and allows its effective integration into the work dynamics of people and teams.
