Our framework and platform allow designing learning experiences with high levels of flexibility that maximize the personalization of each user’s experience. On one hand, the diversity of use cases allows addressing a very wide number of learning, validation and onboarding objectives and applying multiple learning modalities (from missions to more conventional ones). On the other hand, our design and experience model allows high levels of personalization in learning objectives and individual flexibility in learning rhythms and intensity (thanks to its online format and a preferential use of asynchrony, together with the diversity of support modalities that can be implemented). To illustrate how flexibility can be effectively implemented, you can consult the design of the DevOps learning pathway, designed for the re-skilling of SysAdmins, which we have developed from Eutika in collaboration with the new Escola de Formació Permanent (EFP) of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC).
